At Zamzam Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We take great care to ensure all products are carefully packed and delivered in perfect condition.

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged items under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused, and the seal must not be opened or broken.

  2. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  3. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

  4. A clear photo or video of the defective or damaged item must be submitted for review before the return is approved.

Once your return is approved, you may send the item back to us in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with opened or broken seals cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Fragrances or perfume bottles that show signs of use are not eligible for return.

  • Products purchased during special promotions or at discounted rates are final sale unless defective upon arrival.
